Citizen advice hub is available at Ainon church during Renew café and during Ainon foodbank in a side room for confidentiality.
If someone is with the advisor you can wait in the main Renew café area and enjoy a cuppa and cake for free where arts, crafts and various activities all take place.
The advisors can offer free advice and help with any of the following issues.
- Money and debt worries
- Benefits and cost-of-living support
- Housing and homelessness issues
- Employment problems
- Consumer rights and bills
- Family or legal concerns
- Energy, immigration, and wellbeing support
