Citizen advice hub is available at Ainon church during Renew café and during Ainon foodbank in a side room for confidentiality and they can offer free, confidential, and independent advice to help people deal with everyday problems.
If someone is with the advisor you can wait in the main Renew café area and enjoy a cuppa and cake for free where arts, crafts and various activities all take place.
The advisors can offer free advice and help with any of the following issues.
- Money and debt worries
- Benefits and cost-of-living support
- Housing and homelessness issues
- Employment problems
- Consumer rights and bills
- Family or legal concerns
- Energy, immigration, and wellbeing support
